How often should I get my lawn mowed?

The frequency of mowing depends on factors like grass type, weather, and season. We generally recommend a visit every two weeks to ensure your lawn is fertilised, weeds are treated, and any hedges can be maintained.

Do I need to be home during the mowing service?

No, you don’t need to be home. Just ensure that your lawn is accessible, and any gates are unlocked. Our team will take care of the rest.

What if it’s raining on my scheduled mowing day?

In case of rain, we may need to reschedule your service. We’ll notify you and find the next suitable time.

Do you offer other lawn services like fertilisation and aeration?

Yes, we do it all. These can be done either as a one off, or for no additional fee if you’re part of our fortnightly regular service. These are a must for a healthier and more vibrant lawn.

Can you provide a quote without visiting my property?

Yes! Feel free to send through some photos showing all areas of the job. From these photos we’ll quote accordingly.

Are you insured?

Yes! We have 5 million dollars public liability insurance.

How can I prepare my lawn before your team arrives?

Simply clear the lawn of any obstacles like toys or debris. If you have specific instructions, feel free to let us know in advance. Please also insure pet droppings are picked up before our visit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, Pay ID and cash. Details will be provided on your invoice.

I have an outside dog, is this okay?

No issues at all. If your dog is okay with the tools being on then we’re happy to make sure the gate is closed etc so the dog cannot get out. If not, some of our clients simply tie their dog up whilst the service is completed, and then untie the dog after we’re done.

Can you tie my dog up for me while I’m not home and complete the service?

We sure can. If you let us know where the dogs leash is, we’ll enter the property, secure the pet, complete the service and then let your dog off the leash and leave the property.

I won’t be home, can you send me before and after photos before you leave?

Yes of course! Just let us know and we’ll send them through to you.

My child has sensory issues and doesn’t handle loud noises well, are you able to mow with quiet tools?

We carry a range of petrol, and electric mowers and whipper snippers. As such we can use the electric tools which make minimal noise to keep the noise at your property as low as possible. Just let us know when booking.

I referred my neighbour or friend to your services, do I get a discount?

You sure do. Let us know and you’ll get 20% off your next service.

If you do my house, and my neighbours house at the same time, are we able to get a discount?

Both you and your neighbours services will be discounted by 20% if done together at the same time.

How does the regular fortnightly service work and what does it include?

Each fortnight we’ll message you and confirm that you want us to visit, and a suitable day and time (this is usually the same day and time each fortnight however can differ at times).


Our fortnightly service includes the mow, whipper snip, all edges, tidy up any hedges, leaf blow, and any other minor requirements including fertilising, treating weeds in concrete, pulling weeds out of the grass etc.


The regular service is the price of the basic lawn mow + whipper snip, however as a reward to your loyalty the extra services are thrown in for no extra charge. Essentially this package will ensure you have a fantastic looking lawn all year round without having to lift a finger.
